NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF OLNEY TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CLOSE-OUT HEARING

The City of Olney will hold a close-out hearing for contract # 7219319 at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 27,2021 at Olney Civic Center, 210 Grand Avenue, Olney, Texas 76374. This is an opportunity for citizens to express their views regarding replacement of 2,500 L.F. of wastewater lines, manholes, boring service reconnections, pavement repair, and all associated appurtenances. These improvements were funded by a grant covered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).

The city encourages citizen to participate in the closure of this project and to make their views known at this public hearing. All citizens unable to attend this public hearing are invited to present their opinions in writing to Arpegea Paqsuberon, City Administrator, at 201 East Main, Olney, Texas, 76374. Persons with disabilities or who require auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact City Hall at 940-564-2102 at least two (2) days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
