The City of Olney would like to inform you that there will be two warming stations located at the locations below. If you have any questions please call The Refuge at (940) 564-4673 or First Baptist Church at (940) 564-5594

The Refuge 1418 West Elm, Olney, Texas

-The Refuge is a warming station & emergency shelter. They are open on Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. In the event of severe weather, emergency conditions, or power failure, The Refuge will open as needed to provide shelter, warmth & a safe place for those in need. For more inofrmation, you may contact The Refuge at (940) 564-4673. If you are in need of assistance please call the Olney Police Department at (940) 276-2013 or in an emergency call 911.
